Overview of our Admissions & Fees
At King Fishers Day Nurseries, we provide more than just a standard education. Our enrichment programmes allow children to explore new interests and develop valuable skills beyond the core curriculum.
Our nursery year runs from 1st April to 31st March. We close for one week at Christmas, on all Bank Holidays, and for two training days each year—one in May and one in November.
Fees are based on your child’s booked attendance; payment is required in advance. Two-week advance payment is needed, which will be used for the final two weeks of your child’s time with us, if your account is in credit

Optional extras
Meals and outings
Children accessing funded hours only may either bring a packed lunch, or choose nursery meals at a charge of £5 per day for breakfast, lunch and tea.

Government funded places are subject to eligibility criteria. Optional extras are voluntary and are only charged where selected.
Entitlement & Discounts
We provide government-funded Early Years Free Entitlement, offering up to 15 hours of free childcare per week for eligible children. You can use these hours flexibly across our sessions.
